Hello! I'm so glad you've stumbled upon me! This is just a little blog I'm doing while dieting to sort of chronicle my way along. Please feel free to read and comment! But be warned, this site is full of my thoughts, unchanged, un-censored. That doesn't mean I constantly use profanity, I'm just a very opinionated person and would hate for you to get offended! I hope you like this blog! And remember, you are beautiful.

Warning: I do love Harry Potter, Sherlock, Supernatural, and funny stuff in general- so posts won't be exclusively fitness! But a majority will be, so no worries :)

Mmmmm brownies. They’re amazing- but way too easy to indulge in and WAY too many calories/grams of sugar…right?

I’m happy to announce that I’ve finally found the BEST brownie recipe ever. Today, I was totally craving brownies. It’s my birthday, what can I say? I had to find a good recipe- fast! Plus, I knew that if I did I would be able to stave off the temptations I knew would arise later in the week. So what did I do?
Improvised.
And now, it’s my absolute pleasure I present you with a 100 calorie brownie in a mug- with super easy ingredients! (Add a bit of coffee powder too, if that’s what you’re into.)
One brownie: 1 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 2 tablespoons of apple sauce pinch of baking soda pinch of salt
Directions: Mix all the ingredients up. Put in microwave for 1-1:30 minutes. (I suggest starting at one minute or even 50 seconds and going up by ten second intervals, but I just love mine molten.) Eat it up!
This is a great recipe! My daily allowance for dessert is usually around 100 calories, so I’m really happy for this recipe :) With only 100 calories, you could add some powdered sugar, (banana) ice cream, or even some fruits on top!
Basically, here’s a convenient, quick, sugar fix for the nights you want indulgence. It may not be as AMAAAZING as the regular double fudge brownies but at this calorie count and health? It’s heavenly.

EDIT: You can replace applesauce with Greek Yogurt if you like! It makes for a super dense cake <3 Just try to use a bit less because it is less sugary than applesauce and will make the brownie a bit less sweet! Personally- I love it!!!
